Our Return Policy
We'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price (excluding discounts, and shipping and handling charges) for items returned in their original condition within 90 days after your item is received. For products returned in original condition within 90 days of when they were received, refunds will be made in your original form of payment equal to your original purchase price (excluding discounts, and shipping and handling charges). We cannot provide any refund or exchange for items returned more than 90 days after your item was received. If you request an exchange for an item(s) that is higher priced, your original method of payment may be charged additional shipping and handling according to our rate chart. See your order form or our website for rates.
- For a RETURN: A $9.99 return shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your merchandise refund. For an EXCHANGE: Return shipping and handling costs apply to all exchanges. Your exchange will be processed as a refund less the shipping and handling cost and a separate charge will be assessed for the new exchanged item.
- Damaged or defective items, duplicate items or items that you did not order will not be charged return shipping. Final determination of product condition is subject to our inspection.
- Allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for credits to process on your card.
- Fill out exchange form completely, including Item #, Color, Size and Length.
- Any information provided on or with this return slip will only be used to process a return or exchange.
Step 1 - Complete & Clip
Fill out the return form. Enter the most appropriate reason for your return. Clip off the return form and return label from your original package slip.
Step 2 - Pack
Place the return form in the box with the item(s) you wish to return. Please use original packaging if possible.
Step 3 - Label
Usage of this prepaid shipping label for returns and exchanges will result in a $9.99 shipping and handling charge to your account. For a RETURN: A $9.99 return shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your merchandise refund. For an EXCHANGE: Return shipping costs apply to all exchanges. Your exchange will be processed as a refund less the shipping cost and a separate charge will be assessed for the new exchanged item.
Step 4 - Ship
Give the package to your Postal Carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office location - no need to stand in line!
No additional postage required and no need to insure your package. It is already included.
