Changes to your order or Canceling Your Order

You are able to change or cancel your order after you place it only if the order has not been picked and packed for shipping. If you would like to make a change, call Customer Service at 1-800-217-2916. Customer Service is open 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (Eastern), Monday-Friday. Please have your order number available.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation from Haband.com. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure you receive your order confirmation.

We would suggest adding Haband to your address book to be certain you properly receive all notifications.

If you prefer to mail your order in, we accept checks and money orders in addition to all of the major credit cards.

Important Sales Tax Information

We collect sales or use taxes for purchases in certain states as required by law. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it was made over the Internet. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. In these situations, our listing of $0 tax at time of order does not mean that you are not responsible for the payment of taxes on the order.
