You will NOT be disappointed in this plan if you follow it faithfully. I lost a lot of weight back in 2005 when I paid $149 for the same package. I was stunned when I saw the same set of materials available here for $29.97. So I ordered a duplicate for a friend who couldn't afford the $149 when it first came out. I cannot say enough good things about this plan - it works. It just plain works.
