I have to agree with ArtM. I also made a mistake and ordered 3 of these. They too were "previously opened" and unsealed. They are also TRASH! You can't even get thru the "Set up menu" The instruction booklet is for a different model, so it does not work with this model, it does not even address the OPT button at all. After the expense of return postage, you would only get back 1/3 of your purchase price while 2/3 would be postage. If you paid postage to have them shipped, then you would still be $3 "in the hole" after a full refund just on postage alone! On a scale of 1 to 5, I have to give this product a "O", although the Review software want allow you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are a piece of junk. Duke should be ashamed to even display these on his website 100% CRAP

The other reviewer is right,this is a piece of junk.... the only thing that works is the callers number does come up,however you can't review any of the calls. It's a shame,because it's nice and big~now if they can work on the other problems and fix them I would buy more.But not until they fix being able to review your calls. And YES Duke should be ashamed of himself for selling junk like this.

These are TRASH! Have ordered 3 and NONE WORK!! They appear to be repacks and are worthless. The only function that does work is the Caller's Phone Number. ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS DO NOT WORK. GARBAGE!!!! Duke should be ASHAMED to see crap like this.
