My husband is partially paralyzed and needs to wear this type of pant since he cannot manuver zippers and buttons. The elastic waistband could use an extra 2 inches. He's thin and the waistline on these pants are very hard for him to push down past his hips. I like the material and these pants look pretty good. These pants definitely are not sized accurately. I should have bought 1 size up.
