I'm 6'0" tall & 160 lbs with 33 inch waist. I bought 4 of these in medium size. I wear my pants at the same spot I would wear jeans, slightly below my navel. That said, these puppies are about 6 inches too long. Although the inseam is about 30-31 inches, because of the high rise of the pant, the entire length from top of waist to bottom of leg is 44". They will fit perfectly if you are about 6'6" with a 33 in waist. Otherwise, plan to do some sewing machine work cutting off and hemming bottoms if you are shorter. Or plan to pull them up under your armpits to wear so they don't drag on the floor. As far as quality, etc, I think these are well worth the $10.24 ea I paid for them. But I'm only giving 3 stars because of the extra work I have to do on the length. If I can con my wife into doing it for me, I might come back and give them 4 stars. We'll see.
