I have purchased both these designs. I purchased the red one in 2009 - it is beautiful and washes and wears wonderfully. My issue causing me to give only one star is with the black one which I just recently purchased. I must say it is pretty, but.... I washed it prior to wearing and the threaded flower designs came out. It was then I noticed the embroidered design does not appear to be secured on the wrong side at all. I recommend the red, but stay away from the black one. It was not worth the cost of shipping to return.
