I was so disappointed with the quality of this product. It was poorly constructed, it had an odd smell and it actually looked or seemed to be refurbished. The inside sleeves/pockets/DVD-CD holders were made of an very thin and flimsy plastic which had to be literally pried open in order to slide my DVD's in. And, each sleeve/pocket is supposed to hold two and I could barely fit one in. Even though I was super gentle most of the sleeves/pockts ripped apart. The actual folder itself is canvas and smells of chemicals, and even though they came wrapped in plastic they all were very dusty and dirty looking. I had to wipe them down with a slightly damp cloth. I was going to order more because I have so many DVDs and CDs. Big sigh!
