This is very nice shirt that I used it for just about everything from running to sleeping. Long sleeve is specially nice for desk work on the hot days to keep sweat from touching the desk top. It has become my favorite. It's made of 100% polyester but doesn't say microfiber still wicks moisture just as good. It's heavier than it looks, has plenty of length and a bit of stretch property makes it comfort to wear. Both neck opening and cuffs are relatively loose. I like the loose cuffs for ease of puling up as half sleeve, I don't ke the loose neck opening as much. As most of Haband shirt, jacket, it is big, so order one size smaller unless you like it full. One negative comment I point out is it has one or two places the seams are not straight. The thread pulling the fabric resulted in pinched look.
