I love these things! The glow comes when they are exposed to sunlight during the day so that they shine at night. Great to keep near a bed stand so you can find your way in the dark and easy to see when the electricity goes out and you need to find a flashlight in the dark.

wheres the glow? they came with look of being used. dark stains on the outside
