Operations
Eatonton, GA
A distribution center comprised of two buildings with combined space of over 500,000 square feet. The center utilizes a fully automated Sandvik sortation and conveyor system similar to those used by the US Postal Service, UPS and DHL.

Athens, GA
A 140 seat call center staffed with Haband employees. All of the company's telephone orders and customer service inquiries are handled or routed by this facility. The call center takes orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Jessup, PA
An order processing center that receives up to 15,000 pieces of mail per day. This facility processes thousands of personal checks daily as well as all customer service and other inquiries that arrive by mail.

Haband Online, LLC is the e-commerce subsidiary of Haband Company Inc. The Haband web site not only serves its active customers as they start to shop online, but it also attracts first time Haband customers with the convenience and security of online shopping and the tremendous quality and value of Haband merchandise.

Haband.com serves our existing mail order customers with a convenient alternative to placing their order by telephone or mail. In addition to featuring much of the Haband merchandise available by mail, the Haband web site offers a complete line of clearance items available only online, as well as nonapparel items such as linens, gifts and collectibles. Haband.com also allows any Haband customer, no matter how they placed their order, to check the status of their order.
