How do I calculate my shipping charges?
Standard Shipping via Federal Express Smart Post, $8.97.
For Federal Express Home Delivery, add $6.00 to the standard shipping rate. Home Delivery cannot ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or PO, APO & FPO mail boxes.
For Federal Express, add $10.00 to the standard shipping rate. FedEx cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO Boxes. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will incur an additional fee.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed and are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
For Standard Shipping, allow 6 to 8 business days from when the package leaves our warehouse.
For Federal Express Home Delivery, allow 3 to 5 business days from when the order leaves our warehouse.
For Federal Express, allow 2 business days (to most areas) from when the order leaves our warehouse.
Can items be shipped internationally?
Currently Haband only ships within the 50 United States plus American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.
Which products are available online, compared to the items offered in the magazine ads and the flyers that Haband sends by U.S. Mail?
To make your online shipping as convenient as possible, all items offered for sale via our magazine ads and mail order flyers are available online. There are also items that are exclusively on the Haband web site that you will not find in any of our direct mail or magazine ads.
How do I place an order from a direct mail flyer or magazine ad at the Haband web site?
If you have a flyer or magazine advertisement, enter the item number into the Quick Order box (right next to the smiley face) and click Order. There is a Quick Order box on every page of the site. After you select the size, color and quantity you'd like click on the Add to Cart button. To order additional items, just enter the next item number into the Quick Order box. Once you have entered the numbers for all of the items you want, click the Checkout button and follow all instructions.
How do I order items pictured on the web site?
When shopping online, simply click on the item you want, select a color, size, and quantity, then click the Add to Cart button. Once you have selected all of the items you want, click on the Checkout button. If you get stuck, you can always call us toll-free at 1-800-742-2263 and one of our order desk specialists will be glad to help.
How will I know if an item is in stock or not?
If you select an item that is not currently in stock, you will receive a message indicating that the item you've chosen is not in stock. If the item is expected in shortly, you will be given the chance to place the order anyway. We will ship it to you as soon as it comes in and notify you by e-mail. If the item you've chosen is completely sold out, you will be instructed to choose a different size and color. If you do not get any "out of stock" message, you can assume that the item is in stock and ready to ship.
Can I redeem a Gift Coupon online?
If you have a gift coupon code, just enter it in the space provided at checkout.
What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
Your order will be processed within 1 business day. You will receive email updates from Customer Service when your order ships, or if the status of your order changes.
How do I know if my online order is secure? What happens to my name and order information?
We use a secure server with GeoTrust certification to protect your ordering information as it comes to us via the Internet. This means that all information such as name, address and your credit card number entered in the checkout section of our online store is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL technology is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
Using RSA key technology, our web server is stable and secure, so you can shop via the web without worry and without risk. We encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
An additional layer of protection, our "Firewall", works behind the scenes. We protect all of your private information, including your order, behind a network security system. Only our own staff has access to this information, and then only enough to service your order. As a final precaution, we authorize all credit card transactions through the same private channel that we use for traditional phone, fax, or mail orders. How will I know if I've won one of the "First 50" promotions?
From time to time, Haband Company offers prizes to the first set number of people that order from a given mailing. The winners are selected based upon when their order is received and processed by us and are notified by first class mail. Haband employees and their families are not eligible to win prizes.
Since not all of the solicitations from these mailings enter the US mail stream on the same date, prizes are allocated to each portion of the mailing based upon the mail date. This ensures that all recipients of the mailing have as equal a chance as possible of winning, regardless of where they live.

When is my credit card charged?
We will charge your card for merchandise as it is ticketed and ready to ship.
Which credit cards does Haband accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Blair, and of course, Haband! If you don't have a Haband Credit Card - why not? Applying online is quick and easy, simply click here to get started!
Can I return something I purchased online?
Yes. All Haband merchandise carries a lifetime satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your merchandise for an exchange, or a refund for the merchandise amount (shipping & handling excluded).
How do I make a return?
You have two options for making a return:
Option 1: Pre-Paid Return label: Our Easiest and Most Convenient Service!
- Simply apply the Pre-paid Label (provided on your packing slip) to your package using clear tape only.
- Just place the package into your home mailbox for pick-up, or drop in any USPS mail box (NO NEED TO DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE).
- The fee for the use of the convenient Pre-Paid Return label is only $8.99.
- If you placed your order by Credit Card, we will deduct the fee from your refund.
- If you paid by Check:
- The fee will be deducted from your Refund.
- Making an exchange? Please write a check for $8.99 and enclose it with the return package.
Option 2: Standard USPS Return, Insurance Required:
- Apply your Return Label (provided on your packing slip) to your package.
- You must bring your package to a US Post Office for appropriate postage to be paid. Please remember to have your package insured.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refund or exchange. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your payment.

What are the benefits of registering at Haband.com?
When you register at Haband.com, we will securely store your personal information so that you do not need to re-enter it each time you order. We will also store your order history so that you can refer back to sizes and colors that you've purchased in the past. Finally, by keeping an online account with us, we will be able to notify you of specials, deals and bargains, many of which will be "online only" offers. We will also notify you by e-mail whenever we receive an order, ship an order or receive a return from you. Does Haband use down in the manufacturing process of any of its clothing?
No, Haband does not use down in ANY of its products. In fact, Haband has been recognized by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) as an industrial leader in terms of ethical retail.
What should I know about items shipped directly from the manufacturer?
Several items we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer and not warehoused by Haband. These items may be subject to a 12% restocking fee by the manufacturer should they be returned.
